1. About These Terms

This website is operated by FynArc TechWorks Pvt Ltd, a company incorporated in India, under its product and studio brand Infynarc. By browsing infynarc.com or sending us something through one of its forms, you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, please don't use the site.

2. What This Site Is

infynarc.com is a marketing and portfolio website. It describes our software products, the work we do for clients, our open roles, and how to reach us.

There are no accounts to create, nothing to subscribe to, and no payments taken here. Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, or a binding commitment to deliver anything. Descriptions of services, timelines, and capabilities are provided for information, and any actual engagement is agreed separately in writing.

Submitting the contact form starts a conversation. It does not create a contract, and it does not oblige either of us to proceed.

3. Our Products

Products we build and operate (such as QOrder) run on their own domains and are governed by the terms and policies published with each product, not by this page. Following a link from here to one of them means you leave this website and those terms apply.

Where a product is described as "coming soon", we may change its scope, features, or launch timing, or not release it at all. Joining a waitlist is not a purchase and creates no entitlement to the product.

4. Client Engagements

Design, engineering, and support work for clients is governed by a separate written agreement: a proposal, statement of work, or contract signed by both sides. That agreement sets out scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, intellectual property, confidentiality, and support, and it prevails over anything said on this website.

Client projects shown on this site are published with the client's permission. Their trademarks and brand assets remain theirs.

5. Acceptable Use

When using this website, you agree not to:

• use it for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of applicable Indian law;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its serverless functions, or any connected system;
• interfere with the site's operation, including by automated scraping that degrades it, or by flooding its forms;
• submit false information, impersonate anyone, or send malicious code or spam through our forms;
• copy, republish, or resell the site's content or code without our written permission.

We may restrict access to the site where we reasonably believe it is being used in breach of these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The content, design, layout, code, and graphics of this website are owned by FynArc TechWorks Pvt Ltd or its licensors and are protected by Indian copyright and trademark law and by international treaties.

"Infynarc", "FynArc TechWorks", and our product names and logos are our trademarks. You may not use them without our prior written consent. Third-party names and logos shown on this site belong to their respective owners and are used to identify real work or real products.

You may view, download, and print pages of this site for your own reference or to evaluate working with us.

7. Third-Party Links

This site links to external destinations: our products, client websites, our social profiles, and WhatsApp. We don't control those destinations and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement of everything on the other side of it.

8. Disclaimers

This website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We take care to keep it accurate and current, but we don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every description remains accurate as our products and services evolve.

To the extent permitted by law, FynArc TechWorks Pvt Ltd and its directors and employees will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) this website, or from reliance on information published on it.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Liability for work we deliver to clients is dealt with in the signed agreement covering that work, not on this page.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from this website or these terms.

If any provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Our not enforcing a right on one occasion is not a waiver of it.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the site changes. The date at the top of this page shows the current version, and continuing to use the site after an update means you accept it.
