1. Who We Are

This website is operated by FynArc TechWorks Pvt Ltd, a company incorporated in India. Infynarc is our product and studio brand: the name we build and ship software under. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean FynArc TechWorks Pvt Ltd.

2. What This Policy Covers

This policy covers this website, infynarc.com, a marketing and portfolio site. You can browse all of it without giving us anything. We only receive personal data when you choose to send it through one of three forms: the contact form, a job application, or a product launch waitlist.

It does not cover our separately hosted products (for example QOrder), which run on their own domains under their own terms and policies, and it does not cover work we do for clients under a signed agreement. That is governed by the contract between us and that client.

There are no user accounts, logins, or payments on this website.

3. Information We Collect

We collect only what a form asks for, plus the technical data any website receives.

Information you give us

• Contact form: your name, work email, company name (optional), the project type, budget range and timeline you select (all optional), and the message you write.
• Job applications: your name, email, phone number (optional), a link to your resume, a portfolio or profile link (optional), and anything you write in the message field.
• Product waitlist: your email address and the product you asked to be notified about.
• Direct contact: anything you send us by email, phone, or WhatsApp using the details published on this site.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider records standard server and request logs (IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested, and timestamps) for delivery, security, and abuse prevention. We do not use this to build a profile of you.

We do not collect financial data, government identifiers, health data, or location beyond what an IP address implies. Please don't send confidential material through the contact form. Email us and we'll agree a safer route.

4. How We Use Information

• To reply to you. Enquiries go to our inbox and we answer them, normally within one business day.
• To assess job applications and get back to you about the role you applied for.
• To notify you at launch if you joined a product waitlist. That is the only thing a waitlist email is used for.
• To keep the site working and secure: diagnosing errors, blocking spam and abuse.
• To meet legal and accounting obligations where they apply.

We do not sell your personal data, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you contacted us. If we ever want to send you something you didn't ask for, we'll ask first.

5. Cookies & Analytics

This website sets no advertising cookies and runs no advertising or social tracking scripts.

We use Vercel Analytics to understand which pages are useful. It is cookieless: it stores nothing on your device, does not follow you across other websites, and does not build a profile of you. It reports aggregate figures (page views, referrer, country, device type) plus a small number of events that tell us whether the site is working:

• a contact form was submitted (with the project type and budget range chosen, never your name, email, or message);
• a WhatsApp link was clicked, and from which part of the page;
• a product waitlist was joined, and for which product;
• a case-study page was opened.

No personal data is attached to any of these. If we ever add analytics that identifies individuals, we will update this policy before turning it on.

6. Who We Share It With

A short list, because the site does very little:

• Vercel: hosting and serverless functions. Serves the site and processes form submissions in transit.
• Vercel Analytics: cookieless, aggregate usage measurement. See section 5.
• Resend: email delivery. Form submissions are emailed to our inbox through this service.
• Our email provider: where those messages are received and stored.
• Professional advisers or authorities: only where the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.

These providers process data on our instructions to deliver the service. Some of them operate servers outside India; where that happens, the data is transferred under the provider's own contractual safeguards.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data, and we do not transfer it to third parties for their own marketing.

7. How Long We Keep It

• Enquiries: kept while the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we have a record of what was discussed.
• Job applications: kept while we consider you, and afterwards only if we've told you we're holding your details for future roles.
• Waitlist emails: kept until the product launches and you have been notified, or until you ask to be removed.
• Server logs: retained by our hosting provider for a short operational period.

Ask us to delete your data and we will, unless we're legally required to keep it.

8. Security

The site is served over HTTPS with strict transport security, and form submissions are validated and rate-limited against spam. Access to the inbox that receives them is limited to the people who need it.

No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we won't pretend otherwise. If a breach affects your personal data and the law requires us to tell you, we will.

9. Your Rights

Under Indian data protection law (including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 with its rules), you can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data of yours we hold and why;
• correct or complete anything inaccurate;
• delete it, where we have no legal reason to keep it;
• withdraw consent you previously gave, such as for a waitlist;
• nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf.

Email fynarctechworks@gmail.com and we'll deal with it. We may need to confirm your identity first. If you are unhappy with how we've handled a request, you may raise it with the relevant data protection authority in India.

10. Changes to This Policy

We update this policy when what the website does changes: adding analytics, a new form, or a new provider. The date at the top always reflects the current version. Material changes will be summarised here rather than slipped in quietly.
