Fynarc Tech Works Pvt Ltd ("Fynarc", "we") publishes the FYN_CORE app for iOS and Android. The app is a client for a FYN_CORE server that you or your organisation run. This policy explains what the app handles.
What the app handles
- Pairing token. When you pair the app with a FYN_CORE server, it stores an access token in the phone's secure storage (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore) and sends it only to that server.
- Server data you view. Tasks, approvals, alerts, project information and briefings are loaded from your FYN_CORE server over an encrypted connection. The app keeps the Home screen's last known state in secure storage so it can show it when the server is unreachable; nothing else is stored.
- Push token. If you allow notifications, the app obtains a push token from Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (and Apple Push Notification service on iPhone) and sends it to your FYN_CORE server so it can send you alerts. Notifications contain only a short title and identifiers.
- Camera. Used only to scan the pairing QR code. Images are processed on the device and are never stored or transmitted.
- Face ID / fingerprint / passcode. Handled entirely by the phone's operating system; the app only learns whether confirmation succeeded.
- Spoken briefing. Uses the phone's built-in text-to-speech.
What the app does not do
No advertising, no analytics or tracking, no sale of data, no access to your contacts, location, photos, files or microphone.
Retention and deletion
Unpairing the app (More → Unpair this phone) deletes the token and cached data from the phone. Data on a FYN_CORE server is kept and deleted by that server's operator. Contact: fynarctechworks@gmail.com.
Security
Connections are encrypted (HTTPS). The app can require Face ID / fingerprint to open, and always requires it to approve actions.
Children
The app is intended for business use by adults and is not directed to children.
